Protect your pillows by buying pillow cases or slips to cover each pillow.
This will help keep the pillow clean and maintain the pillow.
A pillow made with polyester fiber-fill can be firm but adjustably soft, as a good mid-range choice between the firm foam and soft down pillows. Beware of low grade fiber-fill that will not recover in shape or form. The lack of durability of this type of pillow will require replacement often.
A small bed pillow will have less fiber material and the larger, jumbo pillow (20”x 28”) will contain more. We use top-grade white, siliconized poly-fiber. This allows the pillow to form around, or cradle, your head and to recover to its original shape and buoyancy when re-positioning.
Choose our premium "Preferred Pillow" to achieve an anatomically correct body alignment. If you sleep on your side or back, it will comfortably support your neck and head continuously as few pillow designs can.
The size of the pillow will depend on the size of your bed and how you sleep. Choose a standard pillow for a twin and a pair for a double bed. Queen and king size pillows provide a proportionately larger pillow to snuggle with or support the shoulders, neck and head. You could also choose 4 to 6 standard pillows for stacking and positioning to prop against while watching television or reading on a queen or king size bed.
If you plan well and value your sleep, you will spend about 1/3 of your night/day in bed sleeping. There are many choices on the market, so be sure to get the best night’s rest on a comfortable pillow of the appropriate size and feel.
